Designed to be used by two players at any given time, this simple training tool will bring your team up to fighting fit state in no time. It consists of an adjustable harness that fits around the torso of one player. From this, a webbed nylon strap can be held by another player who is there to create resistance. By using their body weight, the aim of the game is for the harnessed player to run against the resistance – improving their strength and agility over time.
The speed resistor is also supplied with a handy storage pouch.
